Even though the wifi sync transfer to IPhone looks like it operates fine the iPhone never gets updated. The only way I could get it to work was to remove the log and start another one.
Any help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

The sync notes verify "File data received successfully" but, for example a new equipment should be added to the log and some dives and are not.

Have you tapped the green button "Use new logbook" on the iPhone after successfull syncing? The whole file is always transferred and replaces the existing file on the iPhone.
