G'day,
I've just paid for, downloaded and installed Diving Log for my Windows XP PC and Pocket PC. But Diving Log isn't running on the Pocket PC.
Details are:
i-mate PDA2K Pocket PC
Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition
Version 4.12.1008 (Build 15045.2.6)
ROM version: 1.40.00 WWE 3/10/2005
Processor: Intel PXA263, 400 MHz
RAM: 128 Mb
Flash: 32 Mb
Memory: 125.77 Mb
I've also downloaded and installed:
.NET Compact Framework 1.0 - ARM
sqlce.ppc3.arm.cab (SQL Server CE)
OpenNETCF.SDF.WCE4.ARMV4.cab (Smart Device CF)
Any ideas?
Best Regards, Lloyd Borrett.

G'day Sven,
Yes, just a soft reset.
I managed to import the dive logs from my partners Uwatec software into Diving Log on my PC, delete out the ones I wasn't beddied with her, and then add the additional dives.
Then transfer the data to my Pocket PC.
But now Microsoft ActiveSync v4.1.0 (Buld 4841) keeps reporting that it has a file that it can't sync. That is, 1 unresolved item.
I'm guessing it will be the diving log file. Any ideas?
Best Regards, Lloyd Borrett.

Normaly ActiveSync isn't used for the synchronization, only some runtimes for the connection, so I think this is something else. But make also sure that Diving Log is closed on the Pocket PC with File > Exit before starting the Sync PC > PPC, otherwise the logbook file can't be overwritten when it's opened.

I did sync the data from Diving Log on my PC to Diving Log on my Pocket PC.
But then the next time I took the Pocket PC out of its cradle and put it back in, ActiveSync came up with the unresolved file thing. Which is why I'm assuming that's the file. Unfortunately ActiveSync doesn't tell me which file it actually is.
