Windows Mobile to Android

At this moment I own a license for Diving Log for Windows PC and Windows Mobile. I plan to buy a new phone and more and more Windows Mobile is gone while Android is entering the market. Can I get a Android license with reduced costs (like an upgrade or something) because I already own a Windows Mobile license?

The Android Dive Log is not developed or sold by me, so unfortunately I cannot do much about that. But it costs only 1 Euro anyways.
