Highlight current item

G'day Sven,

When I click on the Country, City / Island or Dive Location info buttons on the Logbook screen, it opens up the appropriate Details window.

However, on this screen the details of the first item is always shown, not those of the selected item. It would be better if the details of the currently selected item was shown, if there is one.

That is, if the dive location is "Castle Rock", then when the Dive Locations Details windows opens, the selected "Caslte Rock" information should be shown.

The first item should only be shown if there is no item selected.
