Error downloading from DiveComputer

I had a hard drive crash and needed to reinstall. I used to not have an issues downloading dives from my dive computer. However, after reinstalling Diving Log 6.0, I am getting an error "DC_STATUS_IO". This occurs with both the Shearwater Teric over Bluetooth as well as with the Atomic Cobalt via USB …. any suggestions?

DC_STATUS_IO means the dive computer is not found or not responding. It's strange that it happens for both computers. Please try to download with the Atomic Cobalt Software and Shearwater Desktop to see if that works.
