Download CCR Dive with an OSTC

Post by stryke »

Hi,

Can not load a CC dive, the download is done but the data loaded in Diving Log are wrong. I have no pb in OC

Diving Log 6.0.16 (update 1)
OSTC 2 Tech Edition Firmware 3.07

OSTC prameters
Mode CC
SP1 = 0.7
SP4= 1.3
Dive : 67mn / 30m

That's what was recovered

Looks like the data is not wrong, the data is truncated after 3 samples. Are you sure the profile was correctly recorded? Does it show up in the internal logbook on the OSTC?

Can you try to download the dive again into a new empty logbook? Activate also "Log Errors" in the downloader settings. Then send me the logbook file and the error log from here:

C:\Users\Your Name\AppData\Roaming\Diving Log\DC_FAMILY_HW_OSTC3.txt

The file is too large to be posted on the forum, you have an email address ?

Please try to download this zip file and copy the content into the Diving Log 6.0 program folder. Please let me know if this fixes the problem.

Glad to hear that the download works! If SAC isn't calculated, some data is not entered. You need tank size, start and end pressure and working pressure (imperial units only).

You've marked them as rebreather dives. There is no SAC rate calculation for CCR dives.

I'm not a CCR diver, so please correct me if I'm wrong. But I don't think the SAC calculation formula for OC dives makes much sense for CCR, would it?
