Problem with Beuchat Voyager

I have a diving computer Beuchat Voyager. I can not import. How can I do this? The computer is supported in the list on the site, but can not find it in the interface.

I only find the Voyager 2G. If I try to use that one I receive the following error:
Voyager 2G not found. (DC_STATUS_TIMEOUT)

I know that this computer is made by Oceanic. Anyone know the equivalent model or where could I find ther driver?

Hi

I think the normal Voyager is currently not supported by direct downloading, only the 2G variant. For now you can import the data from the manufacturer software by using the "Oceanlog" import function. The manufacturer software contains also the drivers, so once you've installed that, you can try to download it again using the 2G variant. Make sure to select the correct COM port once the drivers are installed.

If it still does not work, please enable the "Log Errors" and "Dump File" options when trying to download with the 2G option:
