Updates going into my temp folder
Trying to update my program and the update goes into the temp folder. According to my IT department, that makes it so that it wont install correctly. Is there some other place where I could get the update and save it elsewhere on my computer?

The update downloads into the temp folder, but then the updater should extract it and copy it into the application folder. A security software is probably blocking the last step, so it get's never copied. If you see it in the temp folder, you can copy it manually to the program folder. Or you can download this zip file and extract it into the program folder.
