Problems syncing Sunto Zoop to Surface Pro 3
I have over 40 dives on my Zoop and decided to buy Diving Log in order to get all my dive profiles in one place. When I attach the Zoop to my Surface Pro 3, it keeps telling me "Zoop not found, make sure it in connected and switched on. (DC_STATUS_TIMEOUT)". I have validated this and reviewed my drivers to confirm the Zoop was seen on COM4. What should my next steps be to get this to sync?

Does it work with Suunto Dive Manager? Make also sure the connection is good and the dive computer battery is in good condition. Sometimes the battery is too low for downloading data. Please check also if COM4 appears as new COM port in the list when you connect the dive computer, to ensure this is the right one.
