Upgraded from 5.x to 6.x, 5.x still installed

I was surprised to see after upgrading to v6 that v5 was still on my computer. Can I remove it? And not leave the Registry cluttered with v5 entries?

I see the uninstaller.exe in the ...\Program Files (x86)\Diving Log 5.0 directory. If I run it, will it remove 6 as well?

What is the correct procedure to remove 5.x since I am 6.x guy now?

Do not use the uninstaller, because there are some shared things which may break version 6.0. Instead delete the 5.0 program folder in explorer, and if you want, you can delete the registry tree, but this is not really necessary:
