When downloading my log, the time IN is shown incorrect.
E.g. Actual dive started 08:06am and divinglog 6.0 shows 07:06am.
My divingcomputer and laptop are both set at GMT +1.00.
What am I doing wrong?

Re: Download problem subgear Xp-3g
Hi Joost
The dive computer must be set to the time zone where the dive happened, is that the case? Please remember also summer/winter time offset.
Kind regards,
Sven

Re: Download problem subgear Xp-3g
Hi Sven,
Both my dive computer and laptop are set to the correct and same time zone (gmt +1.00).
My laptop is set to summer time, my dive computer does not have the option to set summer/winter time.
(When using uwatec smarttrak to download my logs, I don't have any issues)

Joost

Re: Download problem subgear Xp-3g
Hi Joost
During summer time the difference to GMT is actually 2 hours, so setting the dive computer to GMT+2.00 would fix this issue. But if you say that SmartTrak imports the time correctly, I've implemented a fix to compensate summer time automatically.
I assume you have Diving Log 6.0? If so, please download this update and extract it into the Diving Log 6.0 program folder. Please let me know if SmartTrak and Diving Log imports the time identically now.
Kind regards,
Sven

Re: Download problem subgear Xp-3g
Sven,
My appologies for the late response, I've been very bussy.
Thank you, your update does indeed fix the problem.
Although when opening the logbook the error below pops up in the background.
System.OverflowException: De rekenkundige bewerking heeft geresulteerd in een overloop.
bij Divinglog.frmLogbook.frmLogbook_Closing(Object sender, CancelEventArgs e)
bij System.Windows.Window.OnClosing(CancelEventArgs e)
bij DevExpress.Xpf.Core.DXWindow.OnClosing(CancelEventArgs e)
bij System.Windows.Window.WmClose()
bij System.Windows.Window.WindowFilterMessage(IntPtr hwnd, Int32 msg, IntPtr wParam, IntPtr lParam, Boolean& handled)
bij System.Windows.Interop.HwndSource.PublicHooksFilterMessage(IntPtr hwnd, Int32 msg, IntPtr wParam, IntPtr lParam, Boolean& handled)
bij MS.Win32.HwndWrapper.WndProc(IntPtr hwnd, Int32 msg, IntPtr wParam, IntPtr lParam, Boolean& handled)
bij MS.Win32.HwndSubclass.DispatcherCallbackOperation(Object o)
bij System.Windows.Threading.ExceptionWrapper.InternalRealCall(Delegate callback, Object args, Int32 numArgs)
bij MS.Internal.Threading.ExceptionFilterHelper.TryCatchWhen(Object source, Delegate method, Object args, Int32 numArgs, Delegate catchHandler)
This pop-up allows me to continue, but I'm not sure if it causes any other issues.

Joost

Re: Download problem subgear Xp-3g
Hi Joost
Can you try this again to see if it happens every time? I haven't changed anything in this code part, so it should not be related to the update you've downloaded. And this happens during the start of Diving Log, not when you close the application?

Sven,
You are right.
The error pops-up when I close the logbook.

Hi Joost
Thank you, I found the problem. Please download the zip file again and extract it into the Diving Log program folder. Then the error should not happen again.
Kind regards,
Sven
