Log book designer coding questions

In the designer, I have a couple questions on how to do some coding and formatting

I am looking to change the date format, and how to space information in a long string of code, see below

Here you can download the report designer manual, which helps a lot to get started with the designer.

You can also open the default reports or user reports in the designer and copy/paste formulas into your own report, so you don't have to start from scratch.

To format date and time values, the easiest way is to just use one of the predefined formattings and edit them if necessary. "÷" is a tabulator, which can be defined in the "Text" tab of the formula editor. To add additional data to the rigth side, the easiest way is to simply add another textblock to that position and add the formulas/text to it. I used the tabulator for that task, but as far as I know you can define only one tabulator position per block.
