Seeking assistance in connecting my Shearwater Petrel via Bluetooth to Sony Desktop using MS OS. I am receiving an error IO status. Seems to work fine with my MAC.

Sorry for the late response! The error means the dive computer is not responding, so there might be a problem with the Bluetooth connection. Have you installed the Shearwater desktop software? This contains probably some necessary drivers to make it work. Let me know if you have still problems.
