Adjusting column layout in Table mode

Post by reefhound »

Edit mode in the Table layout makes it easier to change large amounts of data, useful in catching up many logged dives. But there are so many columns that it requires several horizontal scrolls and it is hard to see what dives are being edited since the dive number and location scrolls away. In most cases, I am only concerned with less than half of those columns.

Is there a way to adjust column widths or change the order of columns displayed? I can manually adjust column widths but widths get reset when changes are applied or table is re-opened.

Hi

Thank you for the suggestion. I'll if this can be implemented in a future version. The width should be no problem, but the order is taken from the underlaying database layout automatically, so this might be difficult in edit mode.

Kind regards,

Column widths would essentially solve the problem. Especially if one could "hide" the column with a width of zero.
