Activity column in profile data

Post by schelvis »

Hi Sven,

Could you explain where the last column is being used for in the profile data tab in the logbook?

Could this column be used for bookmarks made during the dive?

I'm using a Suunto Vyper and see in the downloaded XML file that those bookmarks are imported:

Code: Select all

  <datum depth="2499" />
  <datum depth="2499" />
  <datum depth="2469" />
  <event id="user" />
  <datum depth="2408" />
  <datum depth="2347" />
It would be very helpful if those events are stored in the profile.

Regards,

Leo

Hi Leo

That data has no special meaning and was imported long time ago for some Uwatec Aladin models. Since then this data is not used. It is planned to add a bookmark feature to Diving Log, but it requires another database table to store that information. It is not possible to store in the unused 2 digit profile data anything meaningful for bookmarks (just numbers from 00 to 99 could be stored there).

Kind regards,
Sven
