Printing Dive Logs

Post by MRXRAY »

Sven, When I print my Dive logs the mix only shows up on the printed Log if I use one of the selectable gases in the log (ie 32% or 36%) if I change the mix to 31% or it shows from my computer sync automatically then it does not print. I'm using a modified A5 Log that I've customized, I'll attach the log here so you can see it.

The creator of the report file is using graphic icons to display the gas type. This is the appearance formula he is using: Contains(LogGas,"Nitrox 36%")

So if the string does not match exactly the value, the icon does not show up. You would need to change the report file in the designer to make that formula more flexible, or display just the LogGas variable as text value (which is the easiest way).

How would that string read to just display the gas value?

It would be just the variable "LogGas" (without quotation marks). It is then the direct text value from the logbook window.
