mySQL export settings readable password

Post by vasco_nl »

When I'm go to file -> export -> mySQL and from here to advanced settings there is the following;

By the mySQL settings you can read the password in clear text. When someone is reading over your shoulder that can be dangerous for your website. The normal behavior for passwords is not readable characters like a asterisk to use.

Thank's for the hint, I've changed that to a password asterisk field. Please note that the password is still stored in readable form in the config file, so if you have security concerns you should leave the field blank and you will be prompted each time to enter the password.
