Thanks Rene,
That works, but it's very slow. Took 16 seconds for a logbook with just 350 odd dives and 1500 odd pictures.
Might need another way.
Best Regards, Lloyd Borrett.

Suggestion: Logbook Tide Entry
G'day Sven,
I lot of the diving I do locally is very tide dependent. It would be great to be able to record the Tide conditions/type in the Logbook.
Suggested values could be: Ebb (outbound), Flood (inbound), Slack Flood, Slack Ebb.
Best Regards, Lloyd Borrett.

Re: Video Clips
G'day Sven,
Any chane the 'Add files' feature could support URLs? Then we could have links to web based video files, PDFs etc. These would open in a browser.
Best Regards, Lloyd Borrett.

Suggestion: Naturalist Diving Log Additions
G'day Sven, Have you thought about enabling divers to log details about their experience of the marine life they have encountered during a dive? Perhaps a species table for having a detailed description and photo(s) of each critter type. Maybe even some form of classification family/group field. The...

Re: phpDivingLog 3.0 Development
G'day, I'm not very good with these MySQL queries. Another problem. I'd like the basic details of all dives, with a count for the ones that also have pictures. I have... SELECT l.Number, l.Divedate, l.Divetime, l.Depth, l.Place, l.City, l.Profile, COUNT(*)AS Photos FROM Logbook AS l, Pictures AS p W...

MySQL Dump Export Issue
G'day Sven, After doing a MySQL Dump Export and trying to load the dataset via phpMyAdmin, we now get the error "You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'TYPE=MyISAM'." It seems in some of the mor...

Re: phpDivingLog 3.0 Development
G'day, I need help with another tricky MySQL query. I want to get the Place ID and Place name for all dive sites for a given country ID. But it seems the CountryID in the Place table isn't actually used. But there must be some way to make the connection (possibly via the Logbook table). Best Regards...

Re: phpDivingLog 3.0 Development
Are there any MySQL gurus out there who could help me put together a query? We have a Country table with ID and Country. We have a Logbook table with one record per dive and CountryID. I need a MySQL query that will return a list of the countries in the Country table, with a count of the matching nu...

G'day, I managed to make some progress on phpDivingLog 3 while on a dive holiday in the Galapagos Islands for the past two weeks. Re: Suunto HelO2 Problems
Thanks Sven, I'll try the "Universal Downloader" next time I need to download dives. Maybe you could do something in Diving Log to make it more obvious that this option suports multiple dive computers. I just look for and select the Suunto option. I've also updated to Suunto Downloader 3.0...

The Suunto Downloader always aborts with an abnormal program termination. suunto_hel02_download.png So I always have to import my information via Suunto Dive Manager 3.1.0.216...
