Can't add certification

Hi,

I'm using the new 5.02 build and have just tried to add a new certification without success. The popup box appears asking me for the name of the new brevet but then nothing else happens.

Thanks

Re: phpDivinglog 2.2 development

Hi Inferno,

Any progress on this yet? :? I'm perfectly happy with the general feel of the tool but this is just a niggling annoyance.

Cheers

Re: global locations etc.

Is this feature available yet in v5.0?

My girlfriend has decided she now wants me to import all of her dives into Diving Log 5.0 and we use common dive sites. The ability to export or share this data will save me a lot of time.

Thanks

Re: phpDivinglog 2.2 development

The first option seems easiest as it limits it to the basic list in the divelog software. My preference would be to show all of the dive types if possible but I'm not sure what you mean by looping thorugh them. Sorry for the programmers talk ;). But with looping through them I mean, that I will dis...

Re: phpDivinglog Wordpress Integration

Thanks inferno, I have books on HTML, CSS and Javascript sat on my shelves but have never got around to completing them. Perhaps this is the excuse I need to restart my web development training before tryign to get stuck into PHP & MySQL. Baby steps for now but this should keep me occupied over ...

Re: phpDivinglog 2.2 development

Thanks for that. I can can adjust the width of my sidebar in the template but it's not that much of an issue really. I tried to set 'query_string' to true but it had little effect. Again, I'm not that fussed with that. I'm busy playing with the widget and trying to sort out the CSS. I have no idea w...

Re: phpDivinglog 2.2 development

Just one thing: Your dir is like this: /homepages/23/d168663142/htdocs/ So your include path would be: require_once('/homepages/23/d168663142/htdocs/wp-blog-header.php'); Hoooray, that seems to have worked. One step closer... There's no sidebar but to be honest I'm not that worried about that. It w...

Re: phpDivinglog 2.2 development

Okay, I've tried this and get the following error: Warning: main(/wp-blog-header.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /homepages/23/d168663142/htdocs/divelog/header.php on line 12 Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/wp-blog-header.ph...

Re: phpDivinglog 2.2 development

If you are integrating with wordpress you should set $_config['embed_mode'] = true; You can make it look like the example of my homepage http://rob.lensen.nu/divelog You should have a good look at header.php require_once('/usr/local/www/rob.lensen.nu/www/wp-blog-header.php'); require_once( ABSPATH ...

Re: phpDivinglog 2.2 development

If you display them all but we have only selected 10 of them for example will there be a large gap or would it only display the 10?

I'm struggling to visualise it. :)

Re: Strange things happen when saving a dive

I've seen this myself (the cahin and pencil issue) but assumed it was something I was doing wrong. I only notcied it when I exported the MySQL to the php extension and didn't see the data on the web.

Re: Full Version & Data File

Hi Sven,

I was using RC2. I'm overjoyed that I didn't lose any data.

How to I configure the default save location for the back function or is it a manual process?

Re: Full Version & Data File

Panic over. I have just restarted it and the log magically appeared despite me trying to open every *.mdb on my system with no luck.

I have saved it to a separate location now but the question still stands about the default file location and backup utility.

Thanks

Full Version & Data File

Congrats on completing V5.0 I have just installed it over the beta and I think it has written over my existing logbook datafile!! What is the default data file location and when you set it to backup on exit where does this backup get stored? Is this recoverable as it took me ages to enter all my div...
