Re: Nemo Wide kein Import von Temp. Nitrox, CNS
Wasserart wird von libdivecomputer leider nicht unterstützt. Libdivecomputer does support retrieving the salinity setting nowadays (and atmospheric pressure too). Look for DC_FIELD_SALINITY. It will give you the water type (fresh or salt), and optionally the density if the device supports it. The o...

Re: Downloader: Fehlende Daten beim Oceanic OCi
Most of the missing info you are referring too is not supported by the libdivecomputer parser. Unfortunately, that's a trade-off I have to make. In order to support many dive computers in a generic way, libdivecomputer can't support most of the device specific information. Even things that don't loo...

Re: Suunto Vyper Air O2 Per Cent
For the bugfix, I made the assumption that the initial gas mix is always the first gas mix in the list of configured gas mixes. I don't know if the dive computer allows you to set another mix as the initial gas, but if it does, than it will still give you the wrong result. In that case I'll need a m...

Re: Suunto Vyper Air O2 Per Cent
Does this happen for dives with or without gas switches? The libdivecomputer parser (used in the universal downloader) had a bug because it did not report the initial gas mix, which means that until the first gas switch occurs, the application doesn't know which gas mix is in use. The problem you ar...

Re: Dive Rite NiTek Q (Full Trimix)
The Nitek Q is supported in libdivecomputer now. It should be available from Diving Log with the next update. In the meantime, you can already download the latest dll from the libdivecomputer website, drop it into the Diving Log installation directory (keep a backup of the old dll, just in case), an...

Re: How to report dive computer download problems?
Follow the instructions in the first post of this topic. I need that logfile to be able to see what is going wrong. For the Hollis DG03, you need the atom2 test application. Alternatively, you can generate the logfile directly from the Diving Log. Simply enable the "Log errors" checkbox, a...

Re: Aeris Elite T3 wont connect
This error usually means another application already has the serial port open. Because serial ports are always openened with exclusive access mode on windows, only one application can use the serial port. Try to find which application has the port open (the Aeris application maybe?) and close it fir...

Re: TUSA IQ-700 Download
The Apeks Quantum X and Dive Rite NiTek Trio are already supported through the n2ition3 backend. Maybe the NiTek Duo is compatible with that backend instead? If not, you'll have to capture the communication as described on the libdivecomputer website. You'll need a 32bit Windows setup (inside a virt...

Re: Fehler bei bluetooth - shearwater
The error "Zugriff verweigert" usually means there is some other application that has already opened the serial port. Only one application can open a serial port at the same time. Check for example if there is no application that is trying to use the serial port as a modem.

Re: Gases incorrectly imported from Suunto HelO2
Are you using the Suunto downloader or the universal downloader? If you're using the universal downloader, then have a look at this topic for how to report problems. You'll need the vyper2 test application for the Suunto Helo2.

Re: Problem to download from Subgear xp-h
Can you enable the "Log errors" checkbox, and then when the download fails, click the "Show error logfile" link to open the error log? Then send me this file. You can find my email address on the libdivecomputer website. If the logfile is short, you can also just paste the ouput ...
