Fixed. Downloaded and installed the runtime files from the download page.

Just installed and it cant open any logbook - even the supplied one. I get the following

Seemed to import Ok.
My German is very rusty so could not do much with the program but the data seemed to be all there.
Looking forward to the English language version.
