Sync from ipad

Hi, I have been using the ipad dive log app, sending my log from the PC mostly. On a trip, I have been adding dives/GPS locations and then uploading this to the PC and downloading my dive computer. Just discovered the equipment section- I'm finally on top of all the equipment test dates! Great progr...

Re: New user questions

Hi Sven, I have only just noticed the "update exiting dives" option. Am I right in thinking that if I add dives to the iphone app, sync to the PC and then download my dive computer (in my case Suunto Vyper Air), this option will add the data from the dive computer to the existing dives? In...

Improved feature request - map controls

Hi Sven, I was so pleased to be reminded that DL is under ongoing development and to download the update to DL5.0.6 and have been having great fun with the new map feature :) ; I have already used it to put a map on my website showing all the places I have dived 8) . However, I have found the map co...

Re: Merging Two Log Entries in to One

Is there no way to permanently combine two (or more) dives? I remembered that being possible previously (or maybe I just dreamed that feature!)

Thanks
Charles

Re: Problems downloading Suunto D9 in Windows 7

Thanks for your help Sven and Terry. After a series of unproductive emails to Suunto Tech Suppt in Finland  I talked to a very helpful technician at Suunto UK, who checked USB lead and dive computer, returning the D9 in 2 working days with a new USB lead (FOC) :angelic: . Apparently it had ...

Re: Strange things happen when saving a dive

Aha! I have discovered why some unexpected things happen- if I have the dive site selected (eg have just chosen it from the dive site details dialog) and then use the cursor key to attempt to move up to the previous dive, it has the effect of choosing the next site up the list of dive sites!

Problems downloading Suunto D9 in Windows 7

Hi, I have searched this forum, but have not found an answer to this, yet I think someone else may have had this problem. I am struggling to get my Suunto D9 to download into DL. I can get the D9 to download into SDM, but DL does not recognise the computer. I am using Windows 7 and have had problems...

Re: Strange things happen when saving a dive

This happened to me too. I am editing existing dives. Having used a template to alter batches of dives to change the country and city/island fields, I then click the chain logo to enter the dive site field. If I create a new site, save it, tag it to the dive and then close the dialog. Sometimes this...
