Re: Photomanager updates wrong dive

I have downloaded the update and it solves my problem.

I must say that I think you do an excellent job with this program. When ever there is a small issue you fix it in now time.

Thanks.

Regard,

Edvard

Photomanager updates wrong dive

I tried to update the location on some graphics using the function photomanager in Divinglog 6.0.2 Update 1. When I updated the information on dive 106 it was actually the information on dive 111 that was updated I tried again - documenting the steps - with dive 107 and then dive 112 was updated. Th...

Re: Syncing log trough dropbox - lost pictures

Could an option be to add a image folder to the location of the mdb file and when you ad a picture to a dive the program automatically copy the picture file to that specific location. To reduce the amount of data traveling trough dropbox there shoud then be a log telling wich photos are new and need...

Syncing log trough dropbox - lost pictures

I just noticed a issue with pictures when syncing between two computers using dropbox. I added some pictures to a lot of the dives I logged on my laptop. When I synked it back to my desktop computer I lost all the pictures. After closer inspections I think I understand why - the pictures is just an ...

Re: Import dives from Dropbox

When I moved my log to my laptop - the W10 computer I did just what you suggested in your reply. I started with a blank log and imported it from dropbox. And the name of the logbook.mdb is the same on both computers. But I think I have an ide of what the problem is. I think this is another issue wit...

Re: Diving Log and Windows 10

I have sent you an email with the log.

My language code is Norwegian Bokmål. I guess this just adds to the problems Microsoft has made by messing up the date/time settings.

Re: Diving Log and Windows 10

There is still problems regarding the date/time. Calculation of surface time is totally messed up. Before the latest update you got a errormessage when trying to calculate. Now that's gone, but I get surface times lat minus 1h and 45 minutes then the dives are at the same date, but on to consecutive...

Re: First impression

I would like to be able to Select witch buttons to have in a submenu and witch to have on the ribbon. There could be a option to right click on say dive site and Select "Show on ribbon" and then that button pops up there. I personally do not use buddy that much so that one works best for m...

Re: First impression

Am on HW not VM. The animation is mostly fluid, but take time - its the nature of animations - they are animated :) It was bad choice of word from my part. I just don't like animation in things like this, I like instant reaction when I press a button. So like I said - I would like to be able to turn...

First impression

Thank for the beta release. I have just tested it for a few minute so this is just a first impassion. Although the basic layout and look of the program is the same - it has a fresher look. I like the new icons - apart from the equipment. I think the one in V 5 is nicer. The user icon should probably...

Re: Some sugestions for improvments

Thanks for the reply. Ill check out the beta release :-) Regarding divesite. I might have been bad at explaining myself. I'm partly aware that I could click on the map ikon and from there rightclick on the map to create a divesite. I how ever tought that this only created the flag on the map - I did...
