Re: Garmin Descent Mk2i Heart Rate data?
Thanks for this! I just emailed you again as for some reason the update worked to download the data from the .fit files from the dives done on that day, but so far no luck with my most recent dive. Not sure if it's something I did wrong with logging the dive with Garmin or not.

Garmin Descent Mk2i Heart Rate data?
I recently picked up the Garmin Mk2i and have it paired with a Garmin HRM-Pro heart monitor band. I've synced the heart rate data to the Mk2i, can see it on the computer and Garmin Connect shows this data for the dive profile, but Diving Log doesn't show it. I've tried downloading the dive direct fr...

Oh, awesome! I'm not sure why I didn't notice the import function. This application really does do everything!

Crowd-sourced Marine Life database?
As I was starting to compile information about the marine life I encountered on my latest trip to Cozumel it occurred to me that this is something that might benefit from crowd sourcing. Since the logbook is just an access database, it should be fairly easy to import data. Would there be any interes...

Re: Include Tanks in Template?
Ah bummer. Hopefully someday. Alternatively, something like "Tank sets" similar to "Gear sets" would make adding the same deco bottles a lot easier, if that's easier for you to implement? Either way, I want to extend my thanks for such an awesome piece of software. I've always be...

Re: Combine manually entered dive with downloaded?
Finally got a chance to try out the updating existing dives feature. It works a treat! Thanks again for such an awesome suite of apps! I wish everything I bought worked as well.

Re: Combine manually entered dive with downloaded?
Ah, funny enough I just did a search of the forum to see if grabbing GPS data from the phone was possible and stumbled upon a thread that talks about updating existing dives during download! Excellent! I've seen this option on the uploader but for some reason I assumed it was only talking about upda...

Combine manually entered dive with downloaded?
I'm noticing a bit of a workflow problem that I've been encountering and I'm wondering if others have the same issue or if there's a workaround I haven't figured out yet. More often than not, I'm not in a position to download dives from my dive computer to my PC until after I'm home, sometimes days ...

Skydrive upload on Windows 8.1 broken?
I realize it's a beta OS, but anybody else running it and able to get the Skydrive upload to work? Whenever I try it, Diving Log crashes. Here's the debugger text if it helps: See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box. ************** ...

Re: How to move default folder for Diving Log
I should have mentioned before that you need to move the Diving Log folder to the new location before running this command, but it works great!

Re: How to move default folder for Diving Log
Not sure if anybody's still reading this thread but I just did this myself and though I'd share how I did it. Assuming you're using Windows Vista or later try running this command from an elevated command prompt (by elevated I mean right click on Command Prompt and choose Run As Administrator). mkli...
