Sync fails stating a conflict

This is the screen shot. It says there is a '351' conflict but I only have 258 dives! I can't find what I should delete

I see no screenshot and you have not written which sync function (phone OS) you use. Also no details how you've started, what you did before syncing, etc, so it is difficult to help you without more details. This message is about all items within a logbook, so it can be more than just the number of dives. And you don't have to delete anything manually, the sync function asks you if the items in your pc logbook, which are not on your phone, should be deleted. If you are unsure, just click "No". Maybe you've just opened another logbook file on the PC than currently using on your phone. But I can only guess without more details.
