Hi, I recently replaced my laptop and when I went to reinstall Diving Log from the Microsoft Store, it's not showing me as owning Diving Log any longer. Did the existing licenses get nuked such that I need to repurchase it?

Have you purchased the Diving Log app from the Microsoft Store or the desktop version from my website? Both are different applications. The desktop version is using a license key sent via email and is available from my website (not in the Microsoft Store)
If you've purchased the Windows Store app, you can download the full version again from the Windows Store with the same Microsoft account.

Ah, thank you! I had forgotten that I had bought it from the website and not the MS Store.
