Syncing problem after update?

Syncing from PC to Ipad gives suddenly a problem. Dialog on PC while syncing sais on "Converting"...

Search Bonjour devices
Bonjour device found: iPad
Resolve Bonjour devices
Bonjour Hostname: iPad.local.
Bonjour service resolved (1 addresses)
IP: 192.168.xxx.xx
Port: 531xx
Send logbook to iOS device

Any suggestions?

Hi

This is not related to an update, most likely is your firewall blocking Diving Log from syncing (which may be caused by the update). Make sure to allow the Diving Log application to access the network in your firewall settings. Please see here for additional tips and tricks:

yes, still the same poblem.

Should I reinstall the program?

No, reinstallation won't change anything. Which firewall do you use? Try also to restart your WiFi router by unplugging it from the power for 1 minute.

Windows Firewall. I turned all three profiles off. Also tried to add a rule for divinglog.exe. I will restart the router and let you know.,

I found the solution. AVG is blokking the communication. I do not have the AVG firewall however. Maybe some other protection which is included. Switching off AVG completely solved the problem.

Great to hear it works now! Maybe there is an option in AVG to whitelist Diving Log, so you don't have to shut it down.
