Downloader Error

I am attempting to down load my Uuwatc Galileo Luna down loader so I can interface with my DC. I get error DC_STATUS_IO.

If you are on Windows 10, please make sure you've already installed the 1607 update which was released a few weeks ago. Then make sure the IRDA adapter is installed properly. Windows 10 didn't support IRDA until a few weeks ago and if the dongle was connected before, you have to reinstall the drivers. See also here:
